Gaia Ashtanga Yoga offers classes five days per week. The shala is open from 6.30 till 8.30 on weekdays and from 7.30 till 9.00 on Saturdays. You can join each class within the first half hour after the opening of the shala. The duration of your practice will depend on where you are at in the Ashtanga Yoga series, for beginners, it will take around 45 min and it will slowly build up to last around 1,5 hours. Every last Saturday of the month there is a Satsang, getting together to talk about yoga philosophy, starting at 9.30. On moondays (new moon and full moon) there is no class. A detailed calendar of the classes, including total practice slots, as well as exceptions to class times and offerings can be viewed in the following Google Calendar.
